Waagner Biro Gulf LLC was assigned by Dubai Municipality to design and build a reporting wharf at the entrance to the Dubai Creek in order to facilitate the berthing of long cargo vessels.
The project comprised the construction of 220 metres anchored sheet piled quay wall including coping beam, fenders, bollards, lighting arrangements, etc. In addition, Waagner Biro Gulf LLC designed and built a three story office building which was modeled after heritage architecture and will be used by various authorities.
