From our humble beginnings as as a small Austrian locksmithery in Vienna in 1854 we have been constantly evolving and innovating to become the specialist in bridge systems and steel structures with a global reputation that we are today.

The parasol system is installed in a compact metal box. The boxes can be stacked so that four of them can fit in the cross section of a 40‘ container and thus can be delivered by truck and ship. The umbrella system is provided with an automatically operating cover and is installed at the same floor level as the surrounding area in a building pit, prepared by the customer. The entire system works according to the "plug and play“ principle. That means, there is no elaborate installation work on site. There must be a power supply (400 V), but that means the entire system is ready for use within a very short time. Upon activation, the umbrella is raised by 90 °, locked and opens automatically according to the lotus flower principle. The cover is then closed again and thus the space under the umbrella can be used multifunctional. If the umbrella is no longer needed, it can be stored in the metal box.
