The project consists of routine, preventive and corrective maintenance, the works include but not limited to inspection and monitoring of all aspects required to ensure safe, uniform, smooth, stable condition for the users, durable surfaces on concrete surfaces and to maximize the functional life with undisturbed performance of the road structures and its approaches in the Bur Dubai and Deira area of Dubai.
The Maintenance services includes all works associated with the structural elements, mechanical systems, electrical systems, fire alarms and fire fighting equipment.
