Refurbishment and commissioning of 2 No.’s pumping stations, including procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pumps, supply and laying of cable, servicing of lifting equipment, replacement of MCC panels, programming of PLC, calibration of all instruments, etc.

  • Full asset inventory and condition survey
  • Preparation of O&M Manual, As-Built Drawings Package & Final Dossier to Ashghal requirements
  • Supply and laying of cable as per Kahramaa standards
  • Procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of submersible pumps
  • Servicing of existing lifting equipment
  • Replacement of MCC panels
  • Installation of FM 200 system and connection to existing fire alarm system

  • Programming of PLC and connection to Master SCADA
  • Pressure testing for rising mains
  • Servicing of wet well inlet penstocks and their actuators, main inlet penstock, air valves in surge vessel chamber, NRVs on the discharge side of pumps, gate valves, etc.
  • Calibration of all instruments
  • Asset tagging for all assets
  • Obtaining of all required authority approvals
